For a naturally sweet breakfast with a little heat, try this easy-to-make dish. Make sure to choose a ripe mango, and then flavor it with some cayenne and lime juice. If you want to balance out the flavor, try adding some cottage cheese, as in this recipe.

Ingredients:
  • ½ mango, sliced (ripe but not squishy ripe)
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
Preparation:

Place mango slices on a plate. Sprinkle with cayenne and pour lime juice on top.

Optional: Add a scoop of whipped cottage cheese, and slice mango pieces into small cubes.
