This tasty and refreshing beverage blends three “supercharged” ingredients to ensure you’re running on all cylinders: green tea, ginger, and protein-packed Greek yogurt.

This recipe makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 – 5 ice cubes
Preparation:

Brew the tea bag in 4-ounces of boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool to room temperature.

In a blender combine the brewed tea, yogurt, mango, ginger and 3-to-5 ice cubes, and blend until smoothie. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
