Day 5...and Counting!

Hi everyone, Wendie from Motivated Moms reporting on Day 5. I have to say...5 days in and it is easier than I thought. I admit I am spending more time planning, shopping for and organizing the food, but once I get it down, it will be second nature. It has been invaluable to have cut up veggies on hand all the time. I can grab celery or pepper strips whenever I want and it is certainly better than grabbing a pretzel or cracker!
 
I will admit, I'm not so happy with my morning coffee. I miss my Splenda, and cannot wait to add it in on Monday!
 
I have made some delicious dinner for my family this week. They LOVED the Chicken Parmesan and the Pork Tenderloin. They are also munching out on the fresh veggies, which makes me happier than the chips, cracker, cookies and other such “junk food” they normally eat. Keeping busy is important, and a brisk walk in the late afternoon has helped too.
