My Belt Is a Notch Tighter!

I am really starting to notice changes in my body. After week 2, I am down 10 pounds! It is such a great feeling. The last time I followed a diet plan, it took me 5 weeks to lose 10 pounds; with Joy’s LIFE Diet, I did it in just 2 weeks! And I am not hungry! And I have a ton of energy! And I feel great!

I think the food part of this diet is wonderful. I feel truly satisfied, and with my LIFE Healthy Extra I can indulge without sabotaging my efforts. But I think the biggest difference between Joy’s LIFE Diet and other diets I have tried in the past is the exercise. It is integrated into the diet so that I recognize that it is just as important as the food; it is not an afterthought.

And it is obviously working! My belt is a notch tighter, and I am closing in on 2 notches. My pants actually fit properly now; I am not squeezing in anymore. I am closing my bra on the middle hook instead of the first one now. And the back fat that used to drive me nuts is starting to go away!

This is the first time that I committed to the exercise part of a diet, and the results are pretty amazing! !
