A special thanks to Isabel Minunni of New York for this delicious frozen treat recipe. With decadent chocolate and creamy yogurt, this low-cal pop really hits the spot.

This recipe makes 14 servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips, divided
  • 14 large pretzel rods
  • 3 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup honey
Preparation:

With a double boiler, melt ½ cup chocolate chips. Coat one end, halfway up each pretzel, with melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper to harden.

Meanwhile, in a large bowl, thoroughly mix together yogurt, vanilla, honey, and remaining ½ cup chocolate chips.

Scoop yogurt mixture in 14 pop molds. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

Place a pretzel in each mold, chocolate side into pop and place back in the freezer to completely freeze, about 6 hours.

Run warm water over tips of pop molds briefly to unmold. Serve and enjoy.
