Beat the bloat (and the heat) by staying hydrated with this refreshing beverage. The idea was born in Stockbridge, a town in the Berkshires—hence its name. It’s a delicious, crowd-pleasing cocktail or a mouthwatering any-time-of-day mocktail. Grab a glass and get ready to sip.

This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • • 1 lemon-ginger tea bag
  • • ¼ cup 100% grapefruit juice
  • • 1 tablespoon vodka
  • • 1 tablespoon rum
  • • 1 sprig mint (optional)
Preparation:

Place the tea bag in 1 cup of boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and allow tea to cool in fridge.

Once cool, mix in the grapefruit juice, vodka, and rum.

Stir and add ice.

Garnish with grapefruit wedge and mint, if desired.

Note: Nix the vodka and rum for a tasty non-alcoholic drink that’s only 25 calories.
