sandraBy learning to prepare and enjoy food in a whole new way, which involved some of Joy’s specialties, including Mini Maple Pumpkin Pies and Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwiches, Sandra was able to lose more than 143 pounds as part of Joy’s Woman’s Day Challenge. She also reduced her blood pressure to a healthy level and is completely off all medication. With a fitter figure and newfound energy, Sandra gained the confidence to start dating again. She is now happily married and has a brand new baby girl.

They now have so much strength and energy that Heidi can do an astounding 100 pull-ups at the gym, and Josh competes in full Ironman Triathlons (that’s a 2.4-mile swim, followed by a 112-mile bike ride, and a full 26.2-mile run).
