FOODS TO LOSE: MISCELLANEOUS
A few extra items to avoid during the Ultimate Diet Cleanse:
- Anything fried (including French fries, chicken nuggets, potato chips, etc.)
- Candy
- Flavored yogurt (with more than 17 grams sugar per single container)
- Milk chocolate
