Burritos have become a buzz-worthy option for a quick lunch or dinner, thanks to the increasing number of Mexican and Tex-Mex fast-food joints opening up.

Instead of ordering a burrito wrapped in a giant tortilla (which, alone, is 300 calories at Chipotle), stuffed with about 1 cup of rice (another 210 cals), have a “bowl.” Simply pour your favorite burrito fixins into a bowl, and go easy on the rice with just ¼ cup.
