Again, request olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the side; avoid prepared vinaigrette dressings. Other safe starters include steamed edamame, prosciutto-wrapped melon, steamed shrimp, and veggies with hummus (check to make sure the hummus has no gluten ingredients).
