Waffles & Ice Cream = healthy breakfast?! Sounds too good to be true, but it’s not. My homemade PB-Banana Ice Cream (it’s really just pureed bananas!) makes it all possible.

  • 1 whole-grain frozen waffle
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Ice Cream *
  • 2 teaspoons semisweet chocolate chips

Toast the whole grain waffle and top with the Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
