This recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup skim milk
  • 1½ cups pineapple
  • ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes
  • Optional pinch ground black pepper
Preparation:

Blend ingredients together in blender until smooth. Add additional 1 tablespoon water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Enjoy!
