This simple wrap is perfect for packing lunch on hectic mornings. Instead of a regular old sandwich, I popped this roll-up into my son Cole’s lunchbox and he was absolutely thrilled. DO try this at home!

Ingredients:
  • 3 slices turkey
  • 1 slice reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1 whole-wheat wrap (100-calorie, high-fiber)
Preparation:

Spread wrap with spicy mustard. Roll turkey, cheese and baby spinach leaves in wrap.
