INGREDIENTS
  • 2 links sausage, chicken, or lean turkey sausage
  • 2 medium pepper(s), red, bell, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium pepper(s), green, bell, (or yellow) thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion(s), yellow, thinly sliced

PREPARATION

Heat pan coated with oil spray over medium heat.  Add peppers and onions and sauté 8-10 minutes until soft and lightly browned.

In a separate pan coated with oil spray, sauté sausages over medium heat until fully cooked through.  Remove sausage from pan and slice into ¼-inch rounds.

Add cut sausage to pan and sauté with cooked vegetables for an additional 1-2 minutes over medium heat. Season with preferred herbs and ground black pepper.
