This recipe makes 2 Servings
  • 1.5 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and cubed (may substitute 1 cup frozen mango chunks)
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 3 – 5 ice cubes

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
