Tropical Mango-Citrus Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) milk, fat-free
  • 1 medium mango(es) peeled and chopped (may substitute 1 cup frozen mango chunks)
  • 1 medium orange(s) peeled and chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 1 lime(s) juiced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, fresh minced
  • 1 cup(s) ice cubes crushed
Preparation:

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
