  • 1 cup 100% whole-grain cereal (such as Multigrain Cheerios, Kashi Heart to Heart or Cascadian Farm Cinnamon Crunch)
  • 2 tablespoons nuts (such as almonds, cashews, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 2 tablespoons assorted dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots)
  • 1 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
