  • 1 cup(s) cereal, 100% whole-grain (such as Multigrain Cheerios, Kashi Heart to Heart or Cascadian Farm Cinnamon Crunch)
  • 2 tablespoon nuts (such as almonds, cashews, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 2 tablespoon fruit, dried, assorted (such as raisins, cranberries, or chopped apricots)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips, semisweet (optional)
Combine the cereal with the nuts, dried fruit, and chocolate chips (if using) in a sealable sandwich bag.
