  • 1 small chicken, breast (cooked) cooled and sliced (approximately 4 ounces)

  • 1/4 cup(s) carrot(s), shredded or chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) pepper, bell, any color chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) tomato(es) chopped
