Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint, plus two sprigs for garnish (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 3 - 5 ice cubes
Preparation:

In a blender or food processor, combine the milk, strawberries, kiwis, chopped mint, sugar or sugar substitute, and ice and blend until smooth. Garnish with fresh mint springs, if using.
