This recipe makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Preparation:

Add oats and almond milk to a small container and soak overnight in the refrigerator.

In the morning, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
