I make this parfait when I have leftover quinoa in the fridge from dinner the night before. Delicious, filling, easy…everything I love in a breakfast!

This recipe makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3 ounces plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds, unsalted
  • 5 medium seedless grapes, chopped
Preparation:

Top the quinoa with the Greek yogurt. Sprinkle the sunflower seeds and chopped grapes on top.
