Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup soy milk (may substitute skim, almond, or rice milk)
  • 1/2 cup silken tofu
  • 1 cup peaches canned in juice, drained
  • 3 – 5 ice cubes
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy.

Serving Size: 2 cups

* Feel free to substitute a cup of frozen peach slices, frozen cherries, or a sliced banana. For an extra twist, add 1⁄4 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the concoction.
