This recipe makes 8 Servings
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups sliced ripe peaches (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
Preparation:

Toss sliced peaches into a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Transfer to a small pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Lower heat, add vanilla extract and ginger, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over pancakes or waffles.
Makes 1 cup; 2 tablespoons per serving
