What’s better than peanut butter and bananas? How about peanut butter, bananas and chocolate?! I’ve combined this tasty trio in my PB-Banana-Chocolate Freeze Pop. It’s a snack that’s sweet enough to double as a dessert.

This recipe makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons natural peanut butter (or any other nut/seed butter)
  • 1 tablespoon dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation:

Split the banana in half lengthwise. Spread one half with the peanut butter. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Sandwich the two banana halves together and wrap the entire banana in plastic wrap (or you can cut bananas into 1-inch wheels and carefully store in a plastic bag or container). Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
