This recipe makes 2 Servings
Ingredients:
  • 2 round slices pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
Preparation:

Prepare grill or grill pan with oil spray and preheat to medium-high.

Add 2 thick rounds of pineapple to grill and cook 2-3 minutes or until pineapple starts to caramelize and grill marks form.

Remove from grill and allow to cool a couple minutes before slicing into chunks and skewering.

Drizzle or dip into a nicely aged or reduced balsamic vinegar.
