This recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, stems removed
  • 1 cup kales leaves, torn into small pieces
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped into small pieces
  • 1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or skim milk)
  • ½ banana

 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
