This recipe makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup peach slices, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes
