Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup milk (skim, soy, or unsweetened almond)
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 3 – 5 ice cubes
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and just add a straw!
