Fiery Nectarine Chutney

  • 2 large nectarine(s) (about 1 pound), finely chopped with skin
  • 1 large pepper(s), red, bell chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) onion(s), red finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoon pepper(s), jalapeno or more if you can take the heat (wear plastic gloves when handling)
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoon sugar or 3 (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, Kosher
In medium bowl, stir together the nectarines, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, orange juice, sugar if you like, ginger, allspice, and salt. Refrigerate until serving time.
