Ingredients:
  • 2 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 2 tablespoons roasted edamame
  • 2 tablespoons dry-roasted peanuts (or favorite nut of choice)
  • oil spray (optional)
  • Cajun seasoning or other spice blends (optional)
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bag or bowl. If desired, mist with oil spray and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning or any preferred seasoning blend.
