Ingredients:
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup cranberry juice (100% juice)
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar, plus 1 tablespoon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:

In medium mixing bowl, combine the oil, cranberry juice, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. Whisk thoroughly for a few minutes. Store leftovers in the fridge.
