This recipe makes 6 Servings
Ingredients:
  • 6 lean pork chops (4 oz each), slightly browned
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (14 oz)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 apples (any tart variety), diced
  • 1 oz dried cranberries
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation:

Place pork chops in a slow cooker.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top of pork chops. Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
