Ingredients:
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ ripe banana (preferably frozen)
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or skim milk or other milk alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice (about 3 to 5 ice cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
