  • 1/2 medium grapefruit, pink peeled and cut into sections
  • 1 carrot(s) peeled and grated
  • 1/2 cup(s) yogurt, fat-free plain
  • 1/4 cup(s) raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup(s) papaya or mango chunks (fresh or frozen), cubed
  • 2 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon lemon, juice, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, granulated
  • ice cubes 5-Mar
In a blender or food processor, combine the orange zest and sections, grapefruit, carrot, yogurt, raspberries, papaya, wheat germ, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
