This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon part-skim ricotta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
  • 1 teaspoon chopped peanuts
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon toasted shredded coconut
Preparation:

Mix ricotta and cocoa powder until well combined. Spread ricotta mixture onto toast and top with peanuts, honey and coconut. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
