This recipe makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation:

In a small pot, add almond, maple syrup, vanilla extract, unsweetened cocoa powder, and chia seeds. Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes or until the seeds absorb the water and the mixture becomes gelatinous. Transfer to a container and chill in fridge for about 2 hours before serving.
