Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 bag chamomile tea
  • 1 slice lemon peel
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick
Preparation:

Combine the cider and 1/2 cup water in a mug, and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until simmering.

Add the chamomile tea bag, lemon peel, and cinnamon stick, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and cinnamon stick, and enjoy!
