This recipe makes 4 Servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning salt
  • 4 tilapia fillets (4 ounces each)
Preparation:

Add crushed red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, paprika and creole seasoning salt to a re-sealable plastic bag with 1/2 cup water. Poke holes in the tilapia with a fork before placing in the bag with water and spices. Marinate for about 30 minutes.

Coat a non-stick grill pan with oil spray and heat to medium. Add tilapia to the hot grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through and adding additional crushed red pepper flakes and creole seasoning if desired.
