What kid doesn’t like ketchup? Well, this secret sauce blends in a bit of broccoli so your little one can dip to his heart’s content.

This recipe makes 12 Servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 bottle (20 ounces) all-natural ketchup
  • 2 bunches broccoli with long stalks
Preparation:

Cut off broccoli stalks and save florets for later use.

Wash broccoli stalks, chop and measure out 1 cup. Steam stalks until soft, about 7 minutes

Add broccoli and ketchup to a blender and puree until smooth and well combined.
