These broccoli breadcrumbs are the ultimate finishing touch to just about any recipe. Sprinkle them on baked macaroni and cheese, spread over roasted salmon, or toss them into steamed veggies for a crunch and flavor that’s hard to resist.

This recipe makes 16 Servings
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch broccoli (about 1 pound), cut into pieces
  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Preparation:

Add broccoli to a food processor and blend until it resembles bread crumbs. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and pulse a few times until combined.
