Berry-Granola Power Parfait

  • 6 ounce(s) yogurt, nonfat flavored*
  • 1/2 cup(s) berries, fresh or frozen (if frozen, microwave for 30 to 60 seconds to quickly thaw)
  • 4 tablespoon granola, low-fat (may substitute whole-grain cereal)
In a pretty glass, layer half of the yogurt. Top the yogurt with half of the berries, then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the granola (or cereal). Top with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
