This recipe makes 8 Servings
Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup packed fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ cup unsalted whipped butter at room temperature
Preparation:

Combine basil, garlic and salt in a blender until smooth. Fold basil mixture into butter with a spoon or rubber spatula until combined.

Makes 1/2 cup; 1 tablespoon per serving
