You’ll love the rich, decadent flavor in this sleepy-time snack. And because it’s comprised of fabulous ingredients — banana, mango, and ricotta cheese — your body gets a blast of nutrition before bed. I like it super cold, chilled for at least an hour.

This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¼ cup part skim ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup diced mango
  • Fresh mint for garnish
Preparation:

In a small bowl, mash banana, then add ricotta and mix until well combined.  Top with mango, and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately, or chill up to 4 hours.
