Ingredients:
  • 1 large banana(s) sliced into rounds and frozen
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter natural (may substitute peanut butter)
  • 6 ounce(s) yogurt, nonfat, vanilla *
  • 1 cup(s) milk, fat-free
  • ice cubes 5-Mar
Preparation:
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
