This recipe makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen chopped or sliced strawberries
  • ½ ripe banana
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy. Add more milk if needed. Enjoy.
