You’ll love my Avocado Ranch Dip! It’s the perfect addition to my Buffalo “Wing” Kebabs, or you can serve it up as an appetizer with sliced veggies and whole grain chips. Swapping the mayo for a combo of nonfat Greek-style yogurt and avocado provides all the creamy goodness of mayo and a dose of protein.

This recipe makes 1¼ cups
Ingredients:

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
½ cup diced avocado
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh dill, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
4 tablespoons chives, minced
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sliced celery, carrots, and Buffalo “Wing” Kebabs.

Makes 5 servings (¼ cup each)
