You’ll love my Avocado Ranch Dip! It’s the perfect addition to my Buffalo “Wing” Kebabs – or you can serve it up as an appetizer with sliced veggies and whole grain chips. Swapping the mayo for a combo of nonfat Greek-style yogurt and avocado provides all the creamy goodness of mayo and a dose of protein.

This recipe makes 2 tablespoon servings
Ingredients:

1-cup plain nonfat Greek style yogurt
1/2 cup diced avocado
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced
4 tablespoons chives, minced
2 tablespoon fresh basil, minced
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sliced celery, carrots, and Buffalo “Wing” Keba
