Creamy avocado and sweet banana blend together with nutritious kale to make these incredible ice pops. They’re packed with good-for-you fats and filling fiber, plus sweet enough to make a tasty treat on a hot day. Oh…and kids LOVE them, too!

This recipe makes 5 servings
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 kale leaves, stems removed
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Preparation:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Pour about ⅓ cup into 5 ice pop molds and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.
