The classic peanut butter sandwich just got a makeover. I spread creamy peanut butter directly on freshly sliced apple wedges for a yummy breakfast or afternoon snack. Just call it PB&A!

This recipe makes 1 Serving
Ingredients:
  • 1 apple, any variety
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (or any preferred nut or seed butter)
Preparation:

Core the apple and slice into thin wedges. Spread the peanut butter over half of the wedges. Then place the remaining apple wedges on top to make the Apple & PB sandwiches.
