- 2 tablespoon marinara sauce
- 1 ounce(s) cheese, mozzarella, part-skim, shredded
Grill the chicken breast or sauté in a pan coated with non-stick cooking spray over medium heat until cooked through.
Top the cooked chicken breast with marinara sauce and cheese, and broil until hot and bubbly (or microwave 30 seconds to melt cheese).
